Never stay at this hotel

Very bad . As I reported the front desk twice . That the room is not clean . I respected that they sent an apology email for the case . However . The room is not clean . Moreover, at the 3rd day the hotel called me and asked my to empty the room . As I told them that my reservation is for 4 nights not 3 nights . Finally the employees tries to take advantage of the situation which happened in dubai because of floods .

All is good, ishani was very helpful and the hotel is very clear and they give me upgrades to 5 4 bedrooms apartment, I recommend this hotel

I enjoyed the stay thanks to reception and concierge for the great hospitality thanks to Richard and all concierge team very good hotel great experience nice view of buj Arab, good restaurant, swimming pool with good gym hope to come back again

I am a regular guest of your hotel. Yesterday, when checking in, your employee could not find my payment for accommodation, this was done 7 days ago from my side. She offered me to make the payment again. I also don't understand why the gym staff rudely and obscenely kicked me out of the gym, threatening me with security, only at the end they explained that I had to wear sneakers. Why are you so inattentive to the selection of staff who do not appreciate your regular guests.

Came here for the conference and had a great experience at the hotel with good environment, experience and food. The hotel location is great and the staff’s are very friendly. Had a great conversation with the hotel staff Heshan regarding my experience with hotel and he helped me out with various logistics too.
